I don’t run this circle to talk about Spirit. I run it so you can feel Spirit.

Every week, I guide people into a real experience — not imagination, not theory — but a living moment where the energy rises through the body, enters the mind, and Spirit meets us there. You don’t need to be special. You just need to be willing.
